About Alistair
Alistair Britton has been working in investment and corporate finance since 1996 and has closed numerous investment, buy and sell side transactions in this time (amounting to transaction values of more than £2 billion), advising many well known UK and international PLCs and well as private groups. Alistair also has strong experience of helping companies develop and execute their acquisition and/or divestment strategies, particularly in the TMT and business services markets.
Alistair gained his corporate finance experience at KPMG in the City and latterly with US boutique advisor ARC Associates. Alistair trained, qualified and practised as a solicitor at Simmons & Simmons in London, is a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of England and Wales and has an LLB in Law from University College, London and a Masters in European Law and Economics from the University of Brussels. Alistair loves to sail, ski, fish, shoot, play tennis, speak French, support Bath RFC and drink Meursault. A devoted husband and father, Alistair balances his work and his life like all other investment professionals, very badly!
