Student and young professional housing could make an inspired investment because the demand is constant!

Student and young professional housing could make an inspired investment because student numbers are growing and demand for quality affordable accomodation is high.

Student and young professional housing could make an inspired investment because student and young professional numbers are growing inexorably as are their demands for quality in accomodation.

Student and young professional housing could make an inspired investment because tracking accurately to the needs of this emerging technology-savvy and highly mobile generation could act as a blueprint for a much wider market opportunity later.

Student and young professional housing could make an inspired investment because prices are very low due to the mortgage market crash.

Jo Slade January 31, 2010 at 11:31 pm

Student and young professional housing could make an inspired investment because if you rent by room you might achieve a better return than renting the house as a single unit.

Steve McNulty February 4, 2010 at 5:41 pm

Student and young professional housing could make an inspired investment because secure and supportive communities for special interest groups are leading the on-line world and the physical world will follow.

Keren Lerner February 5, 2010 at 1:07 pm

Student and young professional housing could make an inspired investment because doing so would create more of a story around the issues, which in turn would create more of an awareness, especially in today’s world where stories spread so fast on Social Media!

Student and young professional housing could make an inspired investment because demand has never been higher for good quality rents. Being a young professional myself, currently searching for a suitable place in London – I know first hand that supply is not meeting demand! There is consistent and hungry scope for reputable landlords to provide decent accommodation to decent people. It’s a win win ‘inspired’ situation!

Thanks William, I really appreciate you taking the time to comment !

Martin February 7, 2010 at 9:52 pm

Spot on Jo, thanks ! I’ve always achieved a much higher rental yield by letting room-by-room. It’s a management hassle but when delivered professionally it not only does it generally provide a better financial return it also provides affordable accommodation to students, graduates and young professionals that need flexible tenancies and ready made communities.

Martin February 7, 2010 at 9:57 pm

Good one James, thank you, it is all about demand outstripping supply.

There simply isn’t enough good stock around.
