Meet the panel

Robert Weaver
Robert joined Invista in September 2006 from Savills, where he was Director and Head of UK residential investment business. He has focussed on all aspects of the UK residential markets for over 20 years. He currently manages three direct funds with a combined value in excess of £400m, with other investments in three indirect portfolios.
Tim Watts
Tim was CEO of BPT PLC (FTSE 250) which, until its sale to Grainger in 2001, was the largest listed residential investment company in the UK with over 12,000 properties. He then became Head of Residential Investment at Cordea Savills and more recently Head of Residential Funds at Invista.
Keith White
Keith launched and managed a £230m investment in residential property at Nationwide, before becoming Director of Residential Management at Savills plc. His new company, CRM Ltd, is the largest independent manager of student accommodation in the UK. Keith is also a board member of ANUK Code of standards for student management.
Richard Klin
Richard began investing in London property whilst working as Relationship Director at BarclaysB2B, setting up Klin Property in 2001 and Urban Share Ltd in 2005. He now owns and manages over 300 units in and around London's Docklands and has just launched his second residential property fund in partnership with Inspired Asset Management.
Nick & Vanessa
Vanessa and Tadd are one of the most visible couples in the world of property investment. Having built a successful, cash-flow rich portfolio they now share their knowledge, experience and contacts with investors through 4 Walls and A Ceiling and Property Tribes.
Guest students
